2007 ADVENTURE
Howdy Again ... this year our  travels wound up taking us back to our roots in Illinois.  We got to visit with
lots of family and friends, relax by the big ole pond and play with our four legged brothers.   Ma and Paw
got to see the girls and the grandkids which made them both happy!   Ma even had  granddaughter Danielle
who just graduated from Costmetology school cut her hair!  Pa got to play golf wif his ole buddies too.
Then we went up north to the big woods and hid out in ma and pa's friends'  house on the lake in Wisconsin.
We celebrated the 4th of July in style in that big ole house.    From there we travelled on down the
roads through the prairie lands of  Minnesota, North Dakota and into Montana.   We stayed a spell in that
there state as ma and pa really liked it there.   Said something bout it being peaceful and relaxing.    All
we knows is that we sat by the campfire and watched that there river flow for many a day!    Pa tried his
hand at fly fishing while Ma read books and floated down the river.   Went golfing, took some day trips to
old Virginia City and went up and down some big mountain named Beartooth Pass that just bout took yer
breath away.    Then, before you knew it, it was time to move along so we found ourselves on the border
of Idaho (you know, that potato state) and Wyoming.   Ma and Pa said something bout them needed to see
some hole, Jackson Hole it was.    Well, let us tell yer ... there was some big ole mountain pass to climb,
bigger then the last one!   Ma just bout had a heart attack going down dat der 10% grade of a hill.
HaHa....we just sat back in the jeep and slept and would not have known nothin cept Ma started screamin
and havin a hissy fit.    They enjoyed seeing that hole town and then it was off to Utah to visit some big
ole snow ski resort in Park City and then on to Zion National Park and a little golfing.  The road led us  back
to our home state of Arizona.    Wound up staying out for our last week in Sedona....you know, the Red
Rock part of AZ.   Ma says it is just  beeUtiful there.    Our granny and grandpa even come up to visit
with us while we was there and brought along Tuxedo.   Ma had tears in her eyes one day, we think it was
the 12th of August...said somethin bout granny and grandpa being hitched together for 60 years!!   We
figure dat be a long time to be wif duh same person and dat why ma be crying....oh well!   Now, we back
home on the range and everything seems to be gittin back to normal.  Figure it be another year before we
be headin out so sit back and relax, enjoy the pictures and see y'all next time!
